A man decides to buy a snowmobile and soon realizes how much pollution he is putting into the air each time he uses it. The only reason that he is allowed to use it is because President Bush signed a law that changed regulations about snowmobile use. The man decides to journey across America to find out what other regulations were changed and what impact those laws have on the environment and the people who live there. It is soon discovered that fish began to die after some of the new regulations, words like asbestos were never used after the 9/11 attacks in New York because it sounded too scary and a host of other issues that have wreaked havoc throughout the United States.
