A Nightmare in Las Cruces is a documentary film of a real event which happened at a bowling alley in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In 1990 two men walked into the bowling alley and shot seven people. They stole all the money in the safe and then set fire to the desk of the bowling alley and left with the assumption all those they had shot were dead.

Miraculously three of those people survived. One was a 12 year old child who's call to 911 is credited with saving the remaining people.

To this day the crime remains unsolved as to who committed it and why. Federal, State and local law enforcement agencies are still hunting for these killers.
