A Certain Magical Index: The Miracle of Endymion is an animated movie which takes place in Academic City. The city is a strange place where magic, psychic powers, and high technology all come together. In the near future, a space elevator is nearing completion within the hub of Academic City. Former nun Index and her friend Kamijo are curious to see how it'll turn out. But their interest is soon to become far more pressing. They befriend a local street musician who seems to have some mysterious ties to the elevator. They need to save both her, and the world from mysterious forces bent on destruction.
