Jack Paradise is a man who has never had much ambition in his young life. He has resorted to being okay with just getting by each day. However, after waking up one morning and deciding that he has finally grown tired of living day to day, Jack decides that he must venture out into the world in search of whatever it is he has been looking for. It turns out that what he truly needs in his life is the love of a woman, and she comes in the form of a girl he dated long ago. He decides to bring along his writer friend for the ride so he may document the journey for a book.
