The city's rulers use advanced technology to maintain order and keep the population under control. The movie follows the story of soldier named Bishop (Paul Sidhu), who is tasked with finding a group of rebels who are believed to be responsible for a deadly virus that is spreading throughout the Last City. In order to complete his mission, Bishop is teamed up with a rogue female soldier named Whitlock (Arielle Holmes).
As Bishop and Whitlock venture into the frozen wasteland, they encounter a group of mutants who have adapted to the harsh environment. The mutants are led by an enigmatic leader named Clay (Branden Coles), who has a particular interest in Bishop.
As the soldiers journey deeper into the frozen wasteland, they begin to uncover the truth about the event that caused Earth's cataclysmic freeze.
