Sorry to hear your having issues. Yidio does not charge for our base services, but do offer Yidio Premium upgrade, which removes ads from the Yidio experience. We help you decide what and where to watch TV shows and movies across hundreds of different providers.
If you have signed up for one of the many free trials (such as Amazon, Netflix, or Hulu) we advertise on site, and would like to cancel that trial, please reach out to the partner directly and inform them of your desire to cancel.
Otherwise,If you have signed up to Yidio Premium, the account is initially set to auto-renew after the initial 7 day free trial.
There are a couple ways to cancel Yidio Premium before the 7 day free trial expires:
- If you signed up for Yidio Premium inside of our Yidio Android app and would like to cancel, you only have to visit your Google Play subscriptions listed in the Google Play Store app. You can see detailed instructions here:
