Si TV was NuvoTV's original name when it first launched. It is an American cable network located in Los Angeles, California. Jeff Valdez and Bruce Barshop first created Si TV as a production company which would produce and distribute Latino entertainment but remaining in the English language. In 2004, Si TV was turned into a television cable network and later became NuvoTV in 2011. This would be the very first channel that targeted the Latino audience using the English language.
The target audience is Latino adults between the ages of 18 and 49. The average age of the person watching Si TV is 30 years old. The ratio of males and females that viewed the network are 50%/50% which is very well balanced. This means that the network succeeded in appealing to both men and women equally. 82% of the viewers of Si TV are Latino that mainly speak English only while only a small 6% of Latino viewers speak both English and Spanish. Starting in 2013, NuvoTV was available to view on 32,735,000 televisions in America.
