Pure adrenaline is a television channel that is not for the feint of heart. Featuring a variety of wild stunts, alternative lifestyles, and extreme sports, this channel caters to those with unique tastes.
Started in 2009 as a simple venture to capture more sporting events on tape, brothers Zak and Leroy Jinn decided to take their video camera and begin recording events in Colorado. When they posted in online to Youtube, their view count rose quickly.
Now the site operates with more than 100,000 unique visitors a day, and much of the traffic comes from sources such as the X-games, Tattoo Lair, and Name this Hair. In 2013, the X-games announced an official partnership with Pure Adrenaline to provide relevant interviews and commentary during the live events in an effort to bring more content to fans during the winter competitions.
Viewers can access the content in a variety of ways, including streaming the music, downloading it directly, or watching it through devices connected to cable such as Roku or Apple TV.
In 2014, the company was bought by Monster CI for an estimated $14 million and it is reported that the station will soon cover more events as it expands in the coming years.
