Sarah Michelle Gellar's New Series 'Ringer' Debuts Poster Art

Sarah Michelle Gellar's New Series 'Ringer' Debuts Poster Art The CW's new mystery series "Ringer" has debuted poster art for the new show in advance of its Comic-Con unveiling to Entertainment Weekly.

The show will feature "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" star Sarah Michelle Gellar as identical twins, which means "Buffy" fans will get twice as much of Gellar. Gellar's primary role will be a woman who goes on the run after witnessing a murder. Her plan of hiding in plain sight is to assume the identity of her wealthy twin sister. The only problem?  It turns out her sister's life is way more complicated than she could have ever imagined.

"Ringer" will have its own panel at this year's San Diego Comic-Con featuring the series' stars. The new show will also feature Ioan Gruffudd from "Fantastic Four" and Kristoffer Polaha from "Life UneXpected". In addition it will have the added geek cred of featuring "Lost" actor and guyliner enthusiast Nestor Carbonel.

It's been years since Sarah Michelle Gellar has graced TV screens with her portrayal of the iconic teenaged vampire slayer and it'll be exciting to have her back on the small screen every week.

Gellar is no novice when it comes to visiting the bustling mayhem of Comic-Con. She recently gave other actresses making their debut this year advice.

"I always say to actresses, if you haven't been — this is going to sound really funny — but get a mask and take a look around. I'm serious," Gellar said to The Hollywood Reporter. "You get rushed into your panel and you come out of the backside, and you never actually see the main hall. It's pretty amazing."

So if you see someone at Comic-Con in a very compelling Buffy costume it just might be Sarah Michelle Gellar.
