Which Huge Surprise Guests are Ready to Rock Tonight's MTV VMAs? Lil' Wayne was a little touch and go there for a while, after he gashed his head open and had to get stitches in a skateboarding accident in St. Louis a few days ago. Lady Gaga is definitely a go, given all the crazy promos she's been doing (topless and all). Adele is also ready to roll deep at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards.

So which two performers are slated to surprise the crowd?

SPOILERS AHEAD

E! is reporting that Jay-Z and Kanye West are slated to perform a track off their monster new collaboration album "Watch the Throne," and they're speculating that a possible Beyonce appearance may be in the works as well.

Whether it's lesbian make-out sessions, meat dresses or Kanye interruptions, there's always something unexpected at the VMAs, so we wouldn't be surprised if there was more to the Kanye/Jay-Z/Beyonce rumor than meets the eye.

As the website points out, Beyonce collaborates with the two rappers on the song "Liftoff," which might be the perfect opportunity to get the trio together. The tour for "Watch the Throne" kicks off October 28th, and this could also be an excellent way for the dueling superstars to get some added hype for the tour.

Other performers slated to make appearances on stage at the VMAs include Chris Brown, Young the Giant and Pitbull, who told MTV News "I did get the most beautiful women from Miami to come over and create Pandora's box." Whatever that means.

There will also be tributes to the recently deceased Amy Winehouse and (for some reason) Britney Spears.

Of course, that's just the tip of the VMA iceberg.
