Kat's Krazy Week: 'LA Ink' Cancelled, Engagement With Jesse James Back On

Kat's Krazy Week: 'LA Ink' Cancelled, Engagement With Jesse James Back On It's been one hell of a week for Kat Von D. Before the ink had even dried on the stories announcing the cancellation of her TLC series "LA Ink," a whole new slew of stories came out saying that Von D had gotten back together with infamous biker bad boy Jesse James, and that their engagement was back on.

TLC broke the news this week, saying "TLC has decided that the current season of 'LA Ink' will be its last. The network is proud of what the series has accomplished in its four seasons, following Kat Von D's journey as an artist from Miami to Los Angeles."

Of course, Kat's side of the story was a little different. She claims she simply decided to move on with her life, presumably with James on her arm.

“I love how me deciding to not continue doing LA Ink, turns into being 'cancelled.' Thanks TLC,” said Von D on Twitter.

"As grateful as I am to have been a part of a show like LA Ink,  I'm ready to end this chapter and want to focus on other projects now," she said.

Jesse James broke the news about the couple's re-engagement to People.

“Sometimes you are only given one chance in life," he said. “It was up to me to open my eyes and see it. That girl is my chance. I will never stop fighting and striving to hold on to her. Showing her how special she is, and how much I love her."

It's been one hell of a year for Von D. Besides the hookup, engagement, breakup and re-engagement with the ridiculously high-profile James, she experienced a double whammy of awful news earlier in the year.

"My house burned down last night with my cat inside," Von D Tweeted back in November, adding "In order to gain everything, you must lose everything... R.I.P. My little Valentine."

Given Jesse James' past, we're not crossing our fingers, but let's hope Von D's renewed relationship with the biker bad boy goes better than that.
