'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Season 8 Preview: More Outrageous Than Ever?

'Curb Your Enthusiasm' Season 8 Preview: More Outrageous Than Ever? In a world where people are getting increasingly sensitive and comedians seem to be getting increasingly shocking just for the hell of it (*coughcoughTracyMorgan*), we have one hero to put us all in our place: Larry David.

The "Curb Your Enthusiasm" creator/star is back with the 8th season of the hit HBO show on Sunday, and of course he's ready to piss of more people as the semi-fictional version of himself.

But David always shocks and offends with a certain bravado, a masterful touch that lets us know that it's okay for him to be offensive because it's all part of a carefully orchestrated symphony of "F*** you, Larry!" leading into that famous ending theme song. Larry David is the Mozart of being hilariously offensive.

Take, for example, the first episode of the new season: Larry and Jeff go to an overtly anti-Israeli Palestinian restaurant because the chicken is just too darned good.

Not only does the episode touch upon the Gaza Strip conflicts and the "Ground Zero Mosque" hubbub (the Palestinian restaurant is set to build a new location near a famous Jewish deli), but Larry also sleeps with a Palestinian woman, finding her anti-Semitism to be a turn-on. The ensuing scene is one to remember: sure, it's horrible, but in a way that's so over-the-top that you would be crazy not to laugh.

New guest stars this season will include Ricky Gervais (can't wait), Rosie O'Donnell, Cheyenne Jackson (whose turns on "30 Rock" and "Glee" have been nothing but entertaining) and others. You'll also see Larry get into it with Michael J. Fox...yeah, he's not below that.

The new season will also feature a move to New York, but it's not quite clear how that will play into the overall arc of the season. One thing is certain, though: it's going to be prettyyy, prettyyyyy, pretty good.
