Get Out of Jail Free? Not Quite. Lohan Posts $75,000 Bond, Released From Jail
by Elizabeth Sexton
Lindsay Lohan walked out of jail Friday night, after nearly five hours in custody.
Earlier that day, Lohan’s felony charge was reduced to a misdemeanor, but as PopEater reports, Lohan was sentenced to 120 days in jail, plus 480 hours of community service for violating probation on a 2007 DUI.
After meeting a $75,000 bail, thanks to a bondsman, Lohan left the Lynwood Correctional Facility and is due in court May 11 for a pretrial hearing regarding the theft of a necklace.
Apparently her recent booking was the fifth time she has been processed and released through Lynwood.
To serve her latest sentence, Lohan will be spending 360 hours at a Women’s Center and 120 hours at the Los Angeles County morgue.
