Kim Kardashian To Still Be Married When She Gives Birth?

Hot on the heels of Kim Kardashian’s baby announcement comes the realization that she will, more than likely, still be married to NBA star Kris Humphries when she gives birth.

An insider said, "Unless Kim Kardashian gives in to Kris' demand that she admit the marriage fraudulent, the divorce proceedings will still be ongoing and she will still be legally married to him when she gives birth.”

Uh oh. Fess up time?

But it would come as such a shock to the American public that her 72-day marriage to Humphries was purely for publicity!

The “Keeping Up with The Kardashians” star and cash cow will be have her lawyers meeting to set a trail date the day after Valentine’s Day, thus putting a damper on the romantic holiday. Because of Humphries’ busy basketball schedule, it seems unlikely the two will be able to meet in court to proceed with the divorce until mid-June.

If we do the math, three-month-pregnant Kardashian will be cutting it pretty close right around that time. Coincidence?

The source added that it is not Humphries’ intent to drag out the divorce, but he wants an annulment and the return of the $2 million engagement ring that he presented to the big bootied star.

Not like Kardashian needs the money. Word on the street is that first photos of the little West-Kardashian offspring will shop for around $3 million.
