Kim Kardashian Is Pregnant!

Kanye West dropped a major surprise on a crowd of about 5,000 people during a concert in Atlantic City when he announced that he and his “Keeping Up with The Kardashians” star girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, are expecting.

Like the poet that he is, West worked lyrics from “She’s Having My Baby” into his raps, and told the crowd to congratulate his “baby mama.”

Kardashian confirmed the news later in a blog post, “New Year, New Beginnings.”

"It's true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby,” the curvy lady wrote.

“ We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us. 

"Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo."

Kardashian is thought to be about 12 weeks along. She is still technically married to NBA athlete Kris Humphries, despite a blink-and-you’ve-missed-it wedding in 2011. Will this push the two to finalize their divorce?

But what does this mean for the show? Kim has been open about not wanting to film her pregnancy and subsequent birth-giving, as Kourtney did, were she to be knocked up with Kanye West’s Superchild.

“I don’t think I would do that, me personally. I don’t think I would.”
