Jennifer Lawrence, Kristen Stewart Laugh off 'Hunger Games'/'Twilight' Non-Feud
by Sean ComerHey, did you know there's apparently some passive-aggressive bitterness between "The Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence and "Twilight" leading lady Kristen Stewart?
Yeah, neither did they, apparently.
Lawrence recently sat down with "Access Hollywood" and talked about how the two young ladies were the last to know they were feuding. Lawrence made remarks during previous interviews that she didn't regret not playing Bella Swan in "Twilight" - the role that truly made Stewart a household name - and that the constant scrutiny Stewart regularly endures would've put her off, anyway.
Next thing we know, two-plus-two equals "pudding" and "I don't regret not taking the part this person got" translates via Babelfish to "future 'UFC: Celebrity Edition' main event."
"I wrote her an email because there was this huge, like, article about a 'Twilight' and 'Hunger Games' feud," Lawrence said about tabloid s***-stirring. "And we've never met before and never spoken. There were all these, like, fake quotes from me that were actually hilarious.
"I just shot her an email, and was like, 'Hey, can't wait to see more as this feud unfolds!'" Lawrence added.
Stewart was quick to let her Y.A. movie-adaptation contemporary know it's all good in the girl-heroine hood with an equally smirking response.
"[Kristen] wrote me back, and she was like, 'It's fine. Welcome to [our] world where everything you say gets turned into [something it's not],'" Lawrence said.
