E! Gives 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Three-Season Renewal

E! Gives 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Three-Season Renewal BOOM!!!

BOOM!!!

BOOM!!!

Apologies for this bulletin's abrupt beginning, but it's our closest onomatopoetic approximation of the sound of many Kardashian-weary cynics' heads simultaneously exploding at The Hollywood Reporter's news that E! has renewed "Keeping Up with The Kardashians" another three season.

Not only has the flagshilp Kardashian Family-Fun Hour been extended, but E! also reportedly extended its development deals with Kris and Bruce Jenner; siblings Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob Kardashian; sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner; and Kardashian-in-law Lamar Odom. That means that when an idea enters a Kardashian or Jenner's head, its likely to find a home on E! first.

Since "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" debuted in 2007 to the tune of 898,000 eager viewers, the fine Kardashian family line of products has grown to include spin-offs "Khloe & Lamar", "Kourtney & Kim Take New York" and "Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami". Last September's season finale showed how the Kardashian fascination has since only grown, pulling 3.3 million viewers.

Producer Ryan Seacrest hasn't yet finalized a similar extension, he did recently sign an expanded development deal with E! parent NBC Universal.

The seventh "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" season premieres Sunday May 20 on E! at 9 PM ET/PT.
