Did Taylor Swift Date One Direction's Harry Styles?

Man. For a young thing Taylor Swift has sure made the rounds in Hollywood.

While Swift is currently linked to Conor Kennedy, of the legendary Kennedy family, a new rumor is saying that before Kennedy, Swift was getting googly-eyed for One Direction’s Harry Styles. A source close to the singer (who has made her mark on “The Hunger Games,” “True Blood” and “Glee” soundtracks) said,

"Taylor really liked Harry and even though they weren't exclusive, he hinted at making it official with her just before he took off to Australia. He even told Taylor he didn't want her to see anybody else while he was gone! Taylor had her love goggles on and didn't care what anybody had to say about Harry…[Then] Taylor had all these texts from Harry begging for a chance to explain and telling her not to believe everything she reads. She immediately Googled Harry and found all the stories and pictures of him kissing Emma. She was heartbroken."

Poor Taylor Swift. So, should we expect a soulful love song about her bruised ego on her next record? Not unless it’s about the lying media, because a source close to Harry is crying foul about the gossip.

“Harry and Taylor are friends — but they’ve never dated.”

Hey, it’s an easy rumor to believe. Swift has gotten those well-kept claws into the likes of John Mayer, Jake Gyllenhaall, Taylor Lautner, and Joe Jonas. Not bad for a 22-year-old who admits to "falling in love easily."

Currently, Swift is still with Kennedy, although reports say that although the two are nuts for each other (Swift is supposedly eyeing a property so she can be nearer to her beau), insiders are also saying that age gap is starting to wear on the big-eyed blonde. Will the Swift/Kennedy break up be the next Billboard hit?
