CBS Broadcasts Controversial 'Big Brother' Clips [VIDEO] Perhaps it’s CBS’s new 24/7 live feed of the houseguests, or perhaps it’s linked to the recent Paula Deen trouble, but it seems that contestants on this season of ‘Big Brother’ are letting their mouths get them in trouble.

Making sure to cover their tracks after viewers of the live internet feed have noticed some less-than-politically-correct language being spewed by a handful of contestants, CBS issued the following statement: “At times, the houseguests reveal prejudices and other beliefs that we do not condone. We certainly find the statements made by several of the houseguests on the live Internet feed to be offensive.”

The racist, homophobic, and misogynistic words being tossed around aren’t being ignored, though. Three contestants so far have had their professional lives affected by their choice of words.

Aaryn Gries, one of the biggest offenders in CBS’s clip, has been dropped by her talent agency for her remarks. “Any views or opinions expressed in personal commentary by Aaryn, either on any live feed from the House or during the broadcast, are hers alone and do not represent the views or opinions of Zephyr Talent. Upon much consideration, we have decided to release Aaryn from her contract with Zephyr Talent.”

Shortly after, fellow contestant GinaMarie Zimmerman was fired from her long-time job at her company. “We are actually thankful that this show let us see GinaMarie for who she truly is as we would never want her to be a role model to our future contestants. It is unfortunate that her hateful words were able to be witnessed by so many thousands of ‘Big Brother’ fans as they were rightfully so deeply offended.”

And finally, Spencer Clawson, a worker for a railroad company, was officially distanced by his employer, making it clear that the do not support his use of homophobic slurs at all.

All of this controversy comes shortly after the Paula Deen explosion and resultant collapse of her food empire. Do you think that people are overreacting to things people say in alleged privacy? Are these companies covering their tails by issuing public statements, lest they be viewed as derogatory?

You can watch CBS’s clip below. Be warned as it contains some rather rude and offensive speech.
