Bieber Baby Mama Drama: Yeater Will Submit Baby's DNA

The story that won't die lives on. After Justin Bieber and his attorneys this week moved forward with taking a paternity test despite mounting evidence that alleged baby mama Mariah Yeater may not be credible, Yeater's attorney said that she would provide DNA samples from her 3-month-old son Tristan to allow the tests to be completed.

So once the results are tallied, it's end of story, right? The tests will prove whether or not Bieber is the father once and for all, right?

Not so fast. In a move that seems vaguely reminiscent of the shenanigans between boxers-who-never-fight-each-other Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao, according to TMZ, Yeater's attorney Jeffrey Leving is already disputing the testing methods before the testing has even taken place.

"Leving says he DOES have a big problem with the DNA test Justin has already taken, because a member of Yeater's team was not present while it was administered and he has no idea if the test was done using proper controls," said the gossip site.

So even if the results exonerate Bieber from baby daddy-dom, expect Yeater's lawyers to continue to press forward with the matter.

And the case that never dies will most likely live on...
