Bethenny Frankel's New Talk Show: Homeless and Facing the Axe
by Elizabeth SextonBummer for Bethenny Frankel: her would-be talk show has failed to find a syndicated home.
The reality star, who has practically made diamonds out of wise cracks and calorically deprived alcohol, has been dropped by the project’s developers at Telepictures.
According to New York Post, the deal is dead. Meanwhile there’s ‘lil room in the crowded daytime arena (think Anderson Cooper’s renewal and new series for big names like Katie Couric, Jeff Probst, Ricki Lake and Steve Harvey). Frankel, however, is receiving offers from cable stations and networks.
As the Post explains, the show that took root on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ with Frankel offering advice in segments, failed to win the hearts of stations due to Frankel getting “too aggressive.”
Luckily, Bethenny-bad mouth junkies can still get their fix. The “Bravolebrity,” Aol TV reports, will be back for another round of ‘Bethenny Ever After.’
