Video: Watch a New 10 Minute Behind-the-Scenes Peek at 'The Hobbit' With Peter Jackson

Today, "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" director Peter Jackson made good on his promise to bring us videos from the set of the upcoming fantasy film.

After several setbacks, including directorial changes, filming is finally underway in New Zealand on the "Lord of the Rings" prequel.

The movie mastermind posted a ten-minute behind-the-scenes peek on his Facebook page.

In the clip fans are welcomed back to Bilbo Baggins' Bag End to check out pre-production. A walk through wardrobe for a look at costumes, a brief sit-in with artists and a visit to Elrond's chambers should hold hobbit lovers over until the next sneak peek.

Jackson didn't stop with just props and a simple tour. Also included in the video blog is camera time with Ian McKellen (Gandalf), Martin Freeman (Bilbo Baggins) and Andy Serkis (Gollum).

Although it will be almost 2 years before the film hits the big screen, we're just glad it's off the ground.
