Original Story:

Have you heard the new Justin Bieber Christmas song? It's called "Away in a Manger (With My New Shorty)." Nyuk nyuk nyuk.

Seriously though, Justin Bieber responded today to allegations that a paternity lawsuit has been filed against him claiming that he is the father of a three month old baby named Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater with 20-year-old Mariah Yeater.

According to RadarOnline, Yeater alleges that she had sex with Bieber backstage at a concert when he was only 16 and she was 19. In case you're wondering, that's legally statuatory rape. Yes, even in California.

According to the report, Bieber told Yeater that she was his first sexual encounter. She says Bieber told her "he would give me his phone number after we had sex and told me he wanted me to be at his future concerts too and he would give me backstage passes.

Embarassingly, Yeater also said the sex was "brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds. He was clearly embarrassed about how the sex did not last very long. He immediately put on his clothes and blew me off when I asked about seeing him again."

Sounds like a "One Time," "Eenie Meenie" experience for Bieber, but one that could have lasting consequences.

Yeater had the baby in July, and is asking for Bieber to take a paternity test and pay child support.

Bieber's reps released a statement denying the allegations.

"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations."

Bieber himself Tweeted today: "I'm gonna focus on the positives ... the music." Bieber's new album "Under the Mistletoe," was released yesterday.

What do you think? Did the Biebs just get a Christmas present a little early, or is this just nothing but gossip?
